Free TV Australia is the industry body representing all of Australia’s commercial free-to-air television stations. Free TV does not represent the public broadcasters. Think TV is a marketing initiative of Free TV Australia specifically targeting advertisers and marketers. Freeview is a not-for-profit organisation established by the free-to-air television industry (commercial and public broadcasters) to help drive consumer take-up of digital television in Australia. Freeview is separate and distinct from Free TV Australia.
The most efficient way to plan and book a schedule across several networks is to speak with a advertising agency or media agency. You can also contact the Free TV networks directly, via their sales departments. They will help you plan and book your advertising schedule and can also assist you with your production requirements. This site provides a raft of ratings data across a range of different measurements including average daily reach, time spent viewing television, share of TV viewing, average audiences and top programs.
